The Sibley Square is a singular sight in downtown Rochester. Between the broad, block-long façade, the clock and belltower, and abutting Liberty Pole, it is without exception my favorite building in downtown Rochester.
That’s why I jumped at the opportunity to work with the Mercantile on Main to help the team at RoCoCo open their beautiful coffee bar. Little did I know just how special working with the team at RoCoCo would be. All-Stars of the Rochester coffee community have worked and are working at RoCoCo, slinging some of the finest shots of Aporia coffee available anywhere.
RoCoCo's signature House Blend is a no-brainer pick-me-up of full-bodied chocolate notes on drip. But the rotating single origin espressos always showcase the talent of their staff and the smooth brilliance of the Dalla Corte espresso machine they’re using.
Their continued creativity in drink development and welcoming company culture make it one of my favorite places to stop for a shot.
